Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
